Laguna Beach Art Museum will host this years PLEIN AIR PAINTING INVITATIONAL
the week of October 10th-16th with a gala event the 16th at the Museum. Laguna is one of the
original Artists communities for the early California plein air painters such as William Wendt, Edgar Payne, and Guy Rose.

Week's Highlights:
Oct 10th Paint out at Treasure island park/Montage beach from 10-12am.
Join the artists as they kick of the week of painting on location, en plein air.
Oct 10-15 The public can view the painters on location around Laguna and
three of these paintings completed during the week will be available for sale and
exhibited at the Laguna Art Museum to the public on Sunday 17th.

Oct 16th From 9-11am there will be a live paint out at Heisler park where the artists
will have 2 hours to complete a quick draw painting on location.
