I am extreemly honored to share the news that I have recently been sponsored by the wonderful art supply company Sennelier and Savoir Faire. The Sennelier history and family is indeed amazing and their products world reknown for their excellent pigments and refined consistancy, an art in itself. Still opperating from their main store at 3 Quai Voltaire on the edge of the Seine opposite the Louvre, Sennelier has continued to change with the artists needs and provide exceptional quality products as well as maintain a close relationship with the artists that use their materials. A family history and a family of artists that I am so very honored to be included in, staying close to my own French heritage. Merci to Pierre Yann Guidetti for making this connection possible and to www.sennelier.com for the exceptional art supplies and pigments that keep my work strong and of course always improving and fresh.
I was so honored to attend and meet Mr Dominique Sennelier (3rd generation owner) and his wonderful daughter Sophie Sennelier (4th generation) who took me in as family at the shop in Paris at the launch of their new book "Sennelier - A HIstory in Color" writen by the talented Pascale Richard and pblished by ChĂȘne May 25th 2012. I will continue to use their products " the original paints of the Impressoinsists". Merci, Merci tout le monde, merci. -
